So it is time for things to start again because when we are up and about I feel good! I know that Scrap it Forward is about taking care of others. Paying it forward in other words in a Scrappy kind of a way. Showing others we care and reaching out, but if we run around taking care of others all the time and don’t take a moment just for ourselves, sometimes we get lost. I am here because I want to be and I hope you will too!

The point is, that I took the time for just me :0) Now you do that and next challenge we will get back to reaching out to others and saving the world one scrappy and crafty minute at a time.
